Different communities with various methods of control of terrorist CRIMES seek to reduce the rates of CRIMES in order to provide security and maintain sovereignty. However, the growing of terrorist CRIMES and the inefficiency of the criminal justice system of different countries in this field indicates that it must be used to face this phenomenon. One of the most important preventive mechanisms in the field of terrorist CRIMES is social PREVENTION, which is critical to various tools in the effort to prevent entry into terrorist activities or taking out people from the crime cycle, however, the way to implement these mechanisms is critical because these long-term measures should eventually lead to loss of crime or sustainable reduction. The prevailing belief in the perpetrators of terrorist CRIMES is that a terrorist is always terrorists, and for this reason, the only way to eliminate them from the cycle of crime is physical punishment such as execution or permanent imprisonment. However, the findings of cognitive studies show that the probability of success of social PREVENTION programs on individuals is exposed to the risk of delinquency or stopping the delinquency among terrorist groups.

In economic CRIMES, the criminal outcome, i.e. spoiling the economic system of the nation and extensive profiteering motivation are the two indexes suggestive of the difficulties and challenges present in the process of PREVENTION of such CRIMES. The preventive measures, following the said indexes, should be both extensive and motivation-confounding. In this article some of the situational preventive measures taken for countering economic CRIMES, will be dealt with herein by placing emphasis on the criminal policy of Iran and the UN documents.

Cryptocurrencies, or digital currencies, introduced to society based on block chain technology, are currencies that can be converted into money and vice versa. Some organizations, especially cybercriminals, use it as a payment method. This, along with the increasing popularity of cryptocurrencies, in both criminal and non-criminal aspects, has led to the emergence of a series of anomalies. Some countries have accepted cryptocurrencies, while others have either not accepted them or have remained silent. Given the various and numerous advantages they have, cryptocurrencies facilitate other CRIMES, including cybercrime, but of course, combating the facilitating role of cryptocurrencies depends on the will of governments to legislate and regulate organizations. This research uses a descriptive-analytical method to examine and analyze CRIMES related to cryptocurrencies. The research conclusion emphasizes the need to strengthen infrastructure, develop global cooperation, and develop specific regulations for the use of these tools so that the Iranian criminal system can be more efficient in combating digital money laundering. In fact, the formalization of digital currencies, in addition to numerous benefits, provides opportunities for implementing new mechanisms to combat money laundering, the preventive solutions of which will be introduced in this research.

The expansion and influence of ICTs and the subsequent emergence of cyber space has made fundamental changes in all aspects of human life, including the national security of societies. Cyberspace with its unique features by the means of information exchange technology had put challenges to national security whose protection is traditionally difficult and inadequate. Although criminal proceedings against these CRIMES are inevitable, given the reactivity of this act and its adoption after the offense, it cannot undermine the harmful effects of these CRIMES. Instead, it seems that preventive criminal policy, in the form of social PREVENTION can be considered as the most effective strategy to deal with these new threats. This article by a descriptive analytical method, identifies cybercrime CRIMES and examines social PREVENTION programs for dealing with cybercrime against national security. The outcome of this study is to identify and validate the implementation of this preventive model.

Police is a social organization that its main task is to maintain order and security. In this view, police has the authoritarian structure. In contemporary period by advances in criminology and bringing up the issue of crime PREVENTION, the role of police in crime PREVENTION has been considered. In Iran, the bases of criminalization are harm and religious percepts. Religious percepts also divided in two categories of victimless CRIMES and CRIMES with victim. So police in crime PREVENTION should choose PREVENTION policies that consider these two bases of criminalization in Iran. To study these policies, first we consider effect of victim logy studies on PREVENTION policies with emphasis on the role of police in victimless CRIMES, and then regarding the constituent elements of the crime we ponder police measures in this issue. The current structure of Iranian police has not the enough ability and skills to prevent victimless CRIMES. The PREVENTION of this kind of CRIMES requires accurate explaining of Islamic police structure and planning for the training of appropriate forces.

Todays, in penal code with attention to the relationship of countries and (transnational) international relations and the absence of boarders, the organized CRIMES have a specific position. The importance of these CRIMES is because of their serious pathologies to the security, public orders of countries and people’s living and safety. Therefore, the PREVENTION of these CRIMES has attracted the attention of criminologists. The identity documents for presenting the physical features and validity of persons are appropriate tools for the PREVENTION of organized CRIMES. Besides increasing the risk, these documents make offenders difficult commit CRIMES. Increasing factors of safety in identity documents causes offenders to be hopeless and powerless in creating factitious identity. After the definition of identity documents, presenting the concept and specifications of organized CRIMES and determining the concept of crime PREVENTION, this paper studies and analyzes the role of identity documents in the proactive PREVENTION and then the role of these documents in the REACTIVE PREVENTION in organized CRIMES.

The Rohingya people are the native inhabitants of Arakan (Rakhine) land in Myanmar, who have faced a series of CRIMES by the Myanmar army and government. Based on the norms and regulations of international and customary international law and the principles of international criminal law and considering the incidents that occurred against the religious minority group of Rohingya Muslims, the continuous violation of human rights and the occurrence of the crime of genocide by the Myanmar government are a matter of fact. There are numerous examples of deliberate actions, which prove the governmental steps to eliminate the Rohingya group, and deliberate measures, which cause the international responsibility of the Myanmar government. Iran has raised three specific positions regarding the Rohingya Muslim crisis.The major question of the research is to evaluate the occurrence or non-occurrence of violations of international criminal law, the CRIMES of genocide, and CRIMES against humanity by the Myanmar army and government against the Muslim minority in Rakhine state.The hypothesis emphasizes the definite occurrence of violations of humanitarian law and international criminal law, especially committing CRIMES of genocide and CRIMES against humanity. The purpose of the research is to examine one of the important cases of violation of Muslim rights in today's world, which has not been noticed by international legal societies. It tries to discuss briefly the Iranian positions on the Issue. The analytical-descriptive research method is based on official docs and undeniable facts, especially the documents issued by the International Criminal Court.

Red Collar criminals is a group of white collar offenders that have high criminal capacity and social adaptability; but they have psychiatric disorders such as narcissism and antisocial personality. Although they initially commit financial and economic CRIMES, since they continue to face the risk of detecting and disclosing their CRIMES by close relating, business partners and employees, they are commiting bloody CRIMES and killing them. Therefore, the issue of their CRIMES is the physical integrity and the lives of the people that protection is prioritized by PREVENTION criminology with a focus on these offenders. Studies have shown that the effectiveness of a preventive strategy offender – oriented to the red collar potential criminals and adopting a preventive strategy victim – towards innocent people who are subject to murder. In this article, we it has been tried to investigate the types of PREVENTION of bloody CRIMES of red collar criminals.

The holy Quran for PREVENTION of environmental CRIMES has valuable Doctrines that by using of them in the way of primary PREVENTION model can plays an important role in CRIMES PREVENTION. In primary PREVENTION model (in opposite of secondary and ternary PREVENTION models which they have found issues and problems from them) has not been found any problem in it, yet. Therefore the goals of this kind of prohibition focus on damaging phenomena. We can see in holy Quran that Quran Doctrines for PREVENTION of environmental CRIMES has two aspect individual and social. In individual aspect there are prohibitory beliefs like (faith to god, believe in god and sign environmental creature, having faith which nature has benefits for human life). And ethical Doctrines like as (respect to nature), and in social view there are economical Doctrines like as (PREVENTION of dissipate of earth and recommend people for nature improvement) and social Doctrines like as (environmental justice and environmental discrimination).

Background One of the prominent features of ethics is to prevent conflict and tension in society and between individuals, and when ethics exist in society, some abnormalities in society will be eliminated. Ethics are also important in business relationships and will promote business prosperity, trust, honesty and goodwill, and economic transactions will result in a healthy and reassuring environment. The question posed in this study is: Is business ethics effective in preventing bank CRIMES? In order to answer this question, the function and role of business ethics has been examined. In this paper, a descriptive-analytical research method with a pick-up tool in which a new model of PREVENTION in law is explained. Conclusion Business ethics is a normative science that improves and promotes business transactions and is one of the business transactions that should be conducted in a crime-free environment and because of business ethics as a police business relationship or the police business relationship is mentioned, so if you institutionalize it in banks, you can prevent many bank CRIMES and see the economic health of the business. In fact, business ethics as a new model of banking law has a special place, the most objective presence of ethics in the business world is the same set of codes of conduct.
